Five simple questions for 'Mufti' AK Hoosen to answer

1. You claim that you are willing to die to have the Masajid opened and classify those that have taken a decision to close the Masajid as Munafiqs and the worst of oppressors. The holiest of Masajid are the Haramain.

Can you please send out a voice note condemning the Saudi Government in these specific terms ie Munaafiq and the worst of oppressors for closing the Haramain to the public? Surely you would be willing to sacrifice your Hajj /Umrah visa before you sacrifice your life!

2. A few years back you launched the harshest most personal public attack on Maulana A.S Desai of of the Majlis during the Q&A on Cii. You made specific references to his personal life. These days you have given him the title of 'Mufti of all Muftis'.

Can you please explain to us what has changed?

3. You allow for yourself to be called a special student and Khalifa of Mufti Raza Ul Haq in public.

Does Mufti Raza Ul Haq support the initiative to take government to court? Does he support the labeling of those Ulama who hold a different view, as Munafiqs and the worst of oppressors? Does he believe that Ml AS Desai is the 'Mufti of all Muftis'?

Is it true that Mufti Raza Ul Haq has sternly rebuked you for being a Majlis mouthpiece?

4. Recently some of your students have indicated that when you taught at Darul Uloom Newcastle you were called 'Moulana' AK not 'Mufti' AK. This is because you never did the Mufti course. They opine that this title of 'Mufti' was conferred upon you when you joined Cii to give credence to your profile for the Q&A program.

Your knowledge and experience is not in question. For purposes of academic honesty it is in the public interest to know if you formally graduated as a Mufti or not.

Can you clarify this for the public please? Are you a qualified Mufti? Where and when did you formally graduate in the Mufti course?

5. You seem to have an obsession in singling out Maulana Bham for criticism. You refer to him as a Munaafiq and worst of oppressors over the decision to close Masajid. Yet, thousands of Ulama across the globe have made a similar call and ruling. Darul Uloom Deoband has issued a statement urging the public to abide by the rules of government and to deem it as a moral and religious duty to do so.

Are all these scholars from across the globe who called for the closure of Masajid to curb the spread of the virus and who called for obedience to government regulations all Munafiqs and oppressors in your opinion?

We await simple straight forward, to the point, answers that will provide clarity for the public.
